2b IRON fit was created to give women over 40 access to reliable, science-based information about strength, metabolism, hormones, and healthy aging. Too often women are told that fatigue, weight gain, and strength loss are simply part of getting older and must be accepted. But research shows women can continue building strength, improving metabolism, and maintaining independence well into their 50s, 60s, and beyond.
Our goal is not quick fixes or trends, but helping women understand what’s happening in their bodies so they can confidently take action and build momentum toward better health.
Even one small change can lead to the next step — and real change grows from there.

Even more tragic is the fact that 80% of cardiac events can be prevented through education and lifestyle changes such as moving more, eating smart and managing blood pressure. Join us as we spread awareness of heart disease and stroke on behalf of all women in our lives.

March into fitness with Let's Talk About Marco' s -The Basics 101 Where we'll dive into all things macros: from what they are, to simple ways to implement them into your daily life for notable body composition changes. Our first quarter will conclude at the end of March with the KB 100 swing challenge.

May is Brain Health month!

Stay tuned as June marks our 2nd 100 KB swing challenge

Temperatures rise with this months fiery fitness. We'll be "getting our exercise on" REAL EARLY for the next several months.

August heats up further as we seek to accomplish our fitness goals in the early morning hours as to not overheat.

We'll be getting creative in September when we are faced with 2+ months of triple digit temperatures (in our area)

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. Every Friday in October, we wear pink during our workouts. AND October marks the beginning of our last fitness challenge of the year...100 day fitness challenge concluding December 31.
